PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup-shaped paper container which does not burn easily regardless of the shape of its bottom face member even when heated directly in a microwave oven.SOLUTION: A circular truncated cone-shaped trunk member having an upper portion in a widened shape is built by sealing a trunk seal portion of a fan-shaped blank comprising a laminated material having a paper layer and thermoplastic resin layers provided on both faces of the paper layer. A bottom member is made by forming a laminated material into a circular shape, the laminated material including a thermoplastic resin layer but not including a paper layer. A cup-shaped paper container has the trunk member and the bottom member, and is built by folding a lower portion of the trunk member to wrap a circumferential edge portion of the bottom member bent downward, and thermally sealing them together. |
