PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce workload of setting colors that are most suitable for printing image data.SOLUTION: A printing system capable of printing in four colors of CMYK comprises: input means which receives image data; selection means which analyzes the received image data to select two colors from plural colors including seven colors of C, M, Y, K, R, G and B; and printing means which, when the two colors selected by the selection means are complementary colors, prints the received image data in three colors. |
