PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive adhesive film which is arranged by use of a connection member usable as an alternative to solder and has sufficiently good connection reliability, and which can be used for electrically connecting between a surface electrode of a solar battery cell and a wiring member.SOLUTION: The conductive adhesive film is to be used for electrically connecting between a bus electrode of a solar battery cell and a wiring member. The conductive adhesive film comprises an insulative adhesive agent and conductive particles. Supposing that the ten-point average roughness of a face of the bus electrode in contact with the conductive adhesive film is Rz(μm), and the maximum height of the face is Ry(μm), the conductive particles have an average particle diameter r(μm) equal to or larger than the ten-point average roughness Rz, the conductive adhesive film has a thickness t(μm) equal to or larger than the maximum height Ry, and the difference between the thickness t and the maximum height Ry is 17 μm or smaller. The face of the bus electrode in contact with the conductive adhesive film has asperities, whose difference in height is 8-18 μm. The ten-point average roughness Rz is 10-15 μm, and the maximum height Ry is 14-18 μm. |
