PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance detection accuracy of a living body detection chip.SOLUTION: A living body detection chip includes a body case having a measurement chamber connected to a diluent chamber 16 through a flow channel and a cap 21 for sealing an injection port 20 formed on a portion corresponding to the diluent chamber 16. The diluent chamber is provided with a sealing member 24 having a sealing part 23 for sealing the flow channel, and in a sealed state of the injection port 20 by the cap 21, the sealing part 23 opens the flow channel. Even when a user drops a processing chip in error before its use, a diluent never flows into the measurement chamber because the flow channel is physically sealed by the sealing part, so that detection accuracy can be enhanced. |
