PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactivation method of an image display panel and a reactivation device of an image display panel capable of improving the mobility of particles which become a display medium, after the image display panel has been put to use.SOLUTION: A reactivation method of an image display panel is applied to the image display panel in which at least two or more kinds of display media are arranged between a pair of electrodes. The reactivation method of the image display panel includes a step A in which reactivation voltage, which is higher than drive voltage of the image display panel, is applied to the pair of electrodes of the image display panel at a prescribed timing after the image display panel has been put to use. In the step A, with a sine wave being a reference wave, the reference wave is modulated by a signal wave of frequency higher than the reference wave, and the reactivation voltage is applied to the pair of electrodes of the image display panel in the modulated waveform. |
