The present invention achieves a configuration in which it is possible to centralize management of a storage block for an encryption key that is applied to decryption of the encrypted content that is stored in a memory card. This information processing system comprises: an information processing device that stores content in the information storage device of a memory card or the like having an access permission block that is based on access permission confirmation for a block unit, and uses said content; a content use management server that provides content use permission information to the information processing device; and a content correspondence information provision server that provides an encryption key that is applied to the decryption of encrypted content stored in the information storage device. The content use management server determines a block in which to store the encryption key and reports to the content correspondence information provision server a block identifier that is the block identifier for the determined block. The content correspondence information provision server carries out processing for writing the encryption key in the block that corresponds to the reported block identifier.
