A magnetic resonance imaging device (100) according to an embodiment is provided with a sequence control unit (30) and a derivation unit (22). The sequence control unit (30) applies a labeling pulse to a labeling region in imaging of a body fluid image of a subject, and acquires a magnetic resonance signal in an imaging region. The derivation unit (22) derives the position of the labeling region on the basis of a spectrum indicating the relation between a signal value and a position and obtained from an image acquired under a protocol prior to the imaging in a serial protocol group. |
