ROTARY SWITCH

This rotary switch is equipped with: a housing; a rotor that is attached to the housing so as to be capable of rotating between a first position and a second position about a predetermined rotation axis; a fixed contact and a terminal to be connected that are attached to a first surface of the housing that faces the rotor; and a movable contact that is attached to a second surface of the rotor that faces the first surface. The fixed contact and the terminal to be connected are disposed so as not to come into contact with each other and are arranged such that electricity is conducted as both the fixed contact and the terminal to be connected come into contact with the movable contact when the rotor is in the first position, and the fixed contact and the terminal to be connected do not come into contact with the movable contact when the rotor is in the second position.
