PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of starting a reservation operation in any time of a proper operation start time without consuming excessive energy.SOLUTION: A temperature detection part monitors room temperature for a fixed time after an air conditioning operation is stopped. An information part calculates the change speed of the room temperature for the fixed time and when the change speed of the room temperature is small, it is determined that an indoor environment has high thermal insulation performance and when the change speed of the temperature is large, it is determined that the indoor environment has low thermal insulation performance and forms indoor information from the resultant determination. An operation control part determines the operation start time of the reservation operation based on the indoor information. The operation start time in the indoor environment having the low thermal insulation performance is earlier than the operation start time in the indoor environment having the high thermal insulation performance. |
