PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a lid in which even when a container body has a negative pressure, the rotation resistance of a lid body is not increased, so that the lid body can be easily rotated to be open and which is excellent in practicality.SOLUTION: There is provided a container with a lid in which: a lid body 35 closing the upper opening 2 of a container body 1 comprises a screwing body 3 including a screwing part and a sealing body 4 disposed inside the screwing body 3 and closing the upper opening 2 of the container body 1; a screwing part 6 is provided in the sealing body 4; a fall-off stop locking part 22 is provided which is screwed onto the sealing body 4 and is locked on a fall-off stop engaging part 36 provided in the screwing body 3; the fall-off stop locking part 22 is disposed so that the fall-off stop locking part 22 is screwed onto the sealing body 4 disposed below the fall-off stop engaging part 36 from above the fall-off stop engaging part 36 and the fall-off stop locking part 22 is locked on the fall-off stop engaging part 36; and the sealing body 4 is provided to hang down in the screwing body 3 in a fall-off stop state and the sealing body 4 is provided to be vertically freely movable and freely idlable in the screwing body 3. |
