PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous agent for impregnating water-disintegrable paper which can prevent a cloud generated when wiping around a toilet bowl and improve cleaning functions by being impregnated in water-disintegrable paper, in order to solve the problem of water-disintegrable paper that is obtained by impregnating a base paper sheet impregnated with a water-soluble binder with an aqueous agent containing a crosslinking agent for the water-soluble binder, a cleaning agent, and a sterilizing agent, and is used as a toilet cleaner, that it decreases gloss of a cleaned part and generates a cloud when wiping off stains around a toilet bowl.SOLUTION: The aqueous agent 10 for impregnating water-disintegrable paper contains: water; a water-soluble organic solvent; a crosslinking agent that is for crosslinking a water-soluble binder 5 impregnated in water-disintegrable paper and comprises a water-soluble zinc compound; and an anti-cloudiness agent that is for preventing generation of a cloud in a cleaned part and comprises a water-soluble calcium compound. |
