PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor capable of obtaining a high sensitivity characteristic corresponding to a similar visual sensitivity characteristic with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: An optical sensor 100 has photodiodes PD1 and PD3. In the photodiode PD1, a cathode is connected to an electrode N1, and a peak of a sensitivity curve exists in a visible range, so as to output a current I1 that is a reverse current with a magnitude according to strength of the received light. In the photodiode PD3, a peak of the sensitivity curve exists in an infrared region, a cathode is connected to an anode of the photodiode PD1 and an electrode N2, and an anode is connected to an electrode P2, so as to output a current I3 that is a reverse current with a magnitude according to the strength of the received light. The current I3 has a current value larger than the current I1 in the infrared region. |
