PURPOSE: Polymer admixture composition for reinforcement and protection of a concrete surface layer is provided to have an excellent infiltration property, a water proof quality, chemical resistance, acid resistance, durability, and flame resistance. CONSTITUTION: A polymer admixture component for reinforcement and protection of a concrete surface comprises 80-99 parts by weight of polystyrene buthylacrylate to provide water infiltration prevention, chloride ion infiltration prevention, and chemical resistance to a concrete by giving hydrophobic property and softness; 0.1-10 parts by weight of polyvinyl acetate to improve viscosity and adhesion intensity; 0.1-5 parts by weight of polyacrylic ester to reinforce wet strength and abrasion resistance; 0.1-5 parts by weight of polyphenolic emulsion to improve adhesion strength; and 0.01-3 parts by weight of methyl cellulose to improve dispersion stability and viscosity. |
