PURPOSE: A food waste disposal system is provided to recycle discharge water from food waste and vacuum-pack solid substances in order to prevent decay, thereby preventing water pollution and soil pollution. CONSTITUTION: A food waste disposal system(1) includes a safe pulverizer(100), a food waste disposal apparatus(200), a first centrifugal separator(300), a vacuum packing apparatus(400), and a disposal water tank(800). The food waste disposal apparatus separates food waste pulverized in the safe pulverizer into solid and liquid. The first centrifugal separator re-separates the liquid into minute particles and liquid. The liquid separated in the first centrifugal separator is stored in the disposal water tank, is supplied to a home toilet bowl, and then is used as toilet flushing water. The vacuum packing apparatus automatically vacuum-packs the solid from the food waste disposal apparatus.
