PURPOSE: A booting control device of a vehicle cluster is provided to minimize booting time of the cluster by rapidly approaching data needed for booting. CONSTITUTION: A booting control device(1) of a vehicle cluster comprises a nand flash(12), a DRAM(13), a MICOM(11), and a battery charger(14). The nand flash stores a booting program and data of the cluster. The DRAM memorizes booting data when the cluster is booted. The MICOM performs the booting program of the nand flash and controls the booting by memorizing the booting data at the DRAM. The battery charger supplies charging voltage to the DRAM in order to maintain the booting data memorized at the DRAM.
