<p>A disposable circumcising anastomat comprises a tightening device (3) and a glans penis ring (1). The tightening device (3) is provided with an opening, and an upper half knife edge combination position (311A) and a lower half knife edge combination position (311B) are arranged at two ends of the opening correspondingly. The tightening device (3) is provided with a ring wall (31) and a knife edge (32), and an inner end of the knife edge (32) is connected to a buffering gasket (2, 2'). A groove (33) is arranged at the inner end of the knife edge (32), and the buffering gasket (2) is received in the groove (33); or the buffering gasket (2') is provided with a groove (21), and the inner end of the knife edge (32) is received in the groove (21). By means of the buffering gasket (2, 2'), a soft non-toxic medical silica gel buffering gasket (2, 2') is clamped on a surgical portion of prepuce directly. A rubber pad (5) made of a soft material is further sleeved on the glans penis ring (1), so that two sides of the prepuce are both under the direct action of elastic soft materials, which can provide a certain relaxation space for the prepuce, thereby effectively relieving extruding pain and discomfort in a surgical process.</p> |
