PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas purification device for a ship diesel engine with which it is possible to achieve a reduction in size of a cyclone as well as high PM collection rate and low fuel consumption.SOLUTION: In an exhaust gas treatment device for a ship diesel engine using fuel of lower quality than heavy oil, provided with a dust collection means which has a discharge electrode 1-2 for electrically charging particulate matter contained in exhaust gas from the ship diesel engine using the fuel of lower quality than heavy oil and a tubular collection unit 1-1 constituting a dust collection electrode for collecting the electrically charged particulate matter and which separates and collects the particulate matter peeled from the tubular collection unit, a low-concentration exhaust gas extraction pipe 3 is provided in the vicinity of an axial center at a downstream side of the tubular collection unit, a high-concentration exhaust gas extraction unit 1-1b is provided in the vicinity of an inner peripheral surface at a downstream side of the tubular collection unit, a dust collection means for collecting the particulate matter is continuously provided to the high-concentration exhaust gas extraction unit, an exhaust gas recirculation pipe 2-2 is provided between the dust collection means, the ship diesel engine, and the tubular collection unit, and a kinetic energy providing means for the exhaust gas recirculating in a recirculation pipe is provided. |
