PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape measuring instrument capable of acquiring a projection image of an object to be measured without being affected by a state of a lower part side of the objected to be measured.SOLUTION: A shape measuring instrument A includes an imaging part 2, a light diffusion part 4 arranged oppositely from the imaging part 2, having a first insertion hole 48 for making an object to be measured to be inserted through, and reflecting irradiated light as diffusion light, and a light source 3 for irradiating light toward the light diffusion part 4 from a lateral side of a projection part of the object to be measured inserted into the first insertion hole 48 of the light diffusion part 4 toward the imaging part 2. |
