PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite amine absorbing solution having not only absorbing capacity but also regeneration capacity, and an apparatus and a method for removing CO, HS or both of them.SOLUTION: A composite amine absorbing solution is prepared by dissolving monoethanolamine (MEA) (1) and primary amine (2) which is represented by formula (1) (wherein R-Rare H or an 1-3C hydrocarbon group and at least one of R-Ris a hydrocarbon) and has high steric hindrance properties, in water. The dissipation properties of COor HS in regeneration of the absorbing solution become well and the amount of steam used in regeneration of the absorbing solution in COor HS recovery equipment is reduced.
