PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stable service by avoiding congestion of a mail gateway and/or a mail system even when external conditions such as mail profiles and so on are changed, and to facilitate the estimation of the performance of the mail gateway.SOLUTION: A mail gateway monitors plural pieces of information in the internal processing of a program, and when the monitored information exceeds a threshold, the mail gateway determines the degree of influence on congestion for each mail received by the mail gateway, and preferentially regulates the processing of mails having a higher degree of the influence on the congestion. In addition, it visualizes the information on the internal processing of the program, which could not be conventionally monitored from the outside a server, and associates each processing to perform analysis and display. |
