PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components of a cargo transporting industrial vehicle having counterweight.SOLUTION: A forklift includes a plurality of batteries 20 which are housed in a housing part provided in a vehicle body and counterweights. Once the plurality of batteries 20 are housed in the housing part, the counterweights serve as restriction members (case 21) which restrict the plurality of batteries 20 so that they are not moved within the housing part.
