PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven fabric product in which side hems are prevented from fraying while maintaining a soft skin touch, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A muffler 1 of an embodiment includes: a body 10 in which a warp yarn and a weft yarn are plain woven; a vertical fringe 20 in which the warp yarn is protruding to about 30 mm at the end in the longitudinal direction; and a horizontal fringe 30 in which the weft yarn is protruding to about 5 mm in the selvedge part of both side ends. Both side ends of the body 10 are provided with a leno woven part 11 in which the warp yarn in a set of two is woven with the weft yarn while the warp yarn is twisted, and the side hems can be prevented from fraying by the leno woven part 11. |
