PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a delay time of displaying a moving image in a USB camera system and to identify the place causing the delay.SOLUTION: A measuring instrument 201 is inserted between a USB camera 101 and a USB host 102, and the moment of capturing a moving image by a USB camera 101, the moment of catching the moving image by the measuring instrument 201, and the moment of displaying the moving image by the USB host 102 are simultaneously imaged using a high-speed camera 401, thereby identifying which of the USB camera 101 and the USB host 102 causes the delay in the USB camera system. |
