The body shell structure (10) has a structural component (12) connected to another structural component (14) through a damping device (16), where the structural component are partially made from the fiber-reinforced plastic. The damping device has an elastomeric element that is laminated on the former structural component. The damping device has different stiffness in two spatial directions (x,y,z), where the damping device is formed as resilient and damping adhesive area for interconnecting the structural components. The former structural component is a ground element of a vehicle floor.
