The invention relates to the field of power engineering and specifically to axial wind energy installations. The wind energy installation with a reduced noise level contains a front and a back nose cone, which are affixed to an axis so as to be immobile, and, situated therebetween, a rotor in the form of a bushing with the blades of the main turbine and an annular diffusive accelerator. The annular diffusive accelerator is affixed to the nose cones by means of fixed posts and the blades of a guide apparatus. At least one additional wind turbine is positioned downstream of the main wind turbine. The additional wind turbine is positioned inside an annular rim, the diameter of which is smaller than the inside diameter of the annular diffusive accelerator. The invention enables a reduction in noise level.
