<p>Provided is an optical scanning element with which shifting of magnets can be prevented, and the excitation of unnecessary resonance can be suppressed. This optical scanning element (10) includes a supporting body (12), a first magnet (3a), a second magnet (3b), a light-reflecting body (2), and a pair of torsion beams (16 and 17). The supporting body (12) has a first frame (14) for retaining the first magnet (3a) and a second frame (15) for retaining the second magnet (3b). The light-reflecting body (2) is mounted at the intermediate position between the first frame (14) and the second frame (15) of the supporting body (12). The first magnet (3a), the second magnet (3b), and the light-reflecting body (2) are supported coaxially by means of the pair of torsion beams (16 and 17) and are rotatably supported by the supporting body (12). The first frame (14) and the second frame (15) are arranged such that each of the corresponding sides of the interior contour of the frames is aligned in the same line in the aforementioned coaxial direction. The first magnet (3a) and the second magnet (3b) are fixed in place such that one side thereof touches the aforementioned one side of the interior contour that is aligned in the same line.</p> |
