PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict unnatural and sudden image skip, which may occur after a shake correction lens is unlocked.SOLUTION: A shake correction lens 4 has an insertion hole 44. Inside the opening of the insertion hole 44, a first opening range smaller than the opening is set by a microcomputer 6. The shake correction lens 4 is locked by the insertion of the projecting portion 71 of a lock driving section 7 into the insertion hole 44. The shake correction lens 4 is driven so that the projecting portion 71 is located within the first opening range by controlling a shake correction circuit part 5 and the like. After the shake correction lens 4 is locked, the shake correction lens 4 is held for a predetermined time in the position where the shake correction lens 4 is locked. |
