PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for preventing the situation where a construction machine (10) is inclined suddenly.SOLUTION: An adaptive advance system for the construction machine (10) senses reaction forces applied by a ground surface (14) to a milling drum (12), and in response to the sensed changes in those reaction forces, controls a step of decreasing propulsion power to be applied to advance drivers (40, 42) of the machine (10) or a speed to lower the milling drum (12). By sensing such changes of the reaction forces on early stage and promptly, a control system is effective for preventing the situation where the construction machine (10) is inclined forward suddenly or forward and backward suddenly. |
