PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment method of a head-up display device in which a display state of a virtual image can be adjusted efficiently.SOLUTION: An HUD device displays a virtual image of a magnified image visibly from the inside of a vehicle, by magnifying an image output from an image output unit 12 by means of a magnifying glass 14 and then projecting the image thus magnified to a wind shield 60 of the vehicle. In the adjustment method of the HUD device, an inspection image 32 output from the image output unit 12 as a still image is projected, at first, to the wind shield 60 thus displaying a virtual image 22 of the inspection image 32. Subsequently, the display position of the inspection image 32 on the screen of the image output unit 12 is changed, so as to correct displacement of the virtual image 22 of the inspection image 32. Consequently, a relative position of the inspection image 32 and the magnifying glass 14 is adjusted. |
