In manufacturing a tool for cleaning between teeth, deformation of the shaft and poor molding of the soft cleaning part are effectively prevented by: providing multiple first molding spaces, which are obtained from a shaft base material-molding section and a handle base material-molding section, in a row in a first die for molding the base material, and providing connecting part-molding sections that connect adjacent handle base material-molding sections; simultaneously supplying a synthetic resin material to which a fibrous material has been added from gates into the multiple first molding spaces and molding the base material; then transferring the base material to a second die for molding the soft cleaning part and, while holding the base material using multiple two-pins-per-set holding pin sets that are provided in the second die, filling an elastomer material into the soft cleaning part-molding sections to mold the soft cleaning part. |
