The organic material layer comprises: an emission layer; and an optical length adjusting layer located between the emission layer and the second electrode, wherein the optical length adjusting layer comprises a first optical length adjusting layer including a compound indicated by the chemical formula 1 below, and light generated by the emission layer is emitted through the first electrode. |
