The purpose of the present invention is to provide a transparent conductive thin film having a multilayer structure comprising a metal nanostructure and a conductive polymer, and a manufacturing method therefor. The present invention relates to a transparent conductive thin film and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein the conductive thin film having a multilayer structure increases the stability and reliability of the thin film by having a low sheet resistance value while maintaining high transparency, having small variations in sheet resistance over the entire thin film, and preventing the degradation of physical properties due to oxygen or moisture in the atmosphere.
