The heat exchanger (10) has an inner pipe (30) and a housing (40) which encloses the inner pipe for forming an intermediate space (41) in a partial manner, where the intermediate space is passed through from a heat exchanger medium (24). A heat exchanger element (32) is thermally coupled with the inner pipe and partially surrounds an outer circumference (39) of the inner pipe. The heat exchanger element has a coiled wire which is arranged on the inner pipe. An independent claim is included for a motor vehicle-air conditioner with a compressor.
