<p>The spinal implant has bone screws (2,6) which are screwed into vertebras respectively. The connecting elements (5,8) are fastened into receiving units (4,7) of bone screws. The connecting elements are connected through a coupling unit (9). An end portion (11) of connecting element (5) is fixed at region (10) of coupling unit.
