<p>The track (1) has a set of rails (2) that is fixed on cross-pieces (4) e.g. concrete cross-pieces, by a set of fasteners (3). A U-shaped slab (5) is made of reinforced concrete, where the slab comprises two side wings (13). A polymerized resin layer (9) is attached to the cross-pieces on the bottom of the slab. An unpolymerized fluid resin is injected under each cross piece. The polymerized resin layer is flexible and presents a certain flexibility to form a lower shock absorber between the cross-pieces and the slab. A fill material is placed between the cross-pieces. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a railway track.</p> |
