<p>The apparatus (10) has power generating unit (12) with pressure generating container (16) and energy generating cylinder (18). A liquid-pumping unit (14) is designed such that stroke (22) of upper horizontal and lower vertical cylinders (30,32) is effected by drive device, and lower cylinder return into starting position for new pumping carriage is effected by variable float (34). The float is connectable to lower cylinder. The shape and size of floats are altered, so that lower cylinder raise to starting position for new liquid-pumping operation is realized by small external energy. The upper horizontal cylinder and lower vertical cylinder are connected to each other by connecting element. An outlet (24) for a discharge of a quantity of fluid from the power generation unit present in liquid pumping unit is provided between power generation unit and fluid pumping unit. An overflow portion (38) for re-introduction of quantity of liquid from liquid pumping unit is present in power generation unit. An independent claim is included for power generation method.</p> |
