A bearing device capable of controlling bearing clearance according to a rotation speed of a shaft and a load change by applying a magnetorgeological elastomer of which volumetric strain is generated in a magnetic field is disclosed. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the bearing device using the magnetorgeological elastomer including a bearing body composed of the magnetorgeological elastomer which is arranged by covering the clearance arranged between a shaft and the magnetorgeological elastomer and which causes the volumetric strain when a magnetic field is generated; and a magnetic field generating unit which generates a magnetic field in the longitudinal direction of the bearing body and controls the size of the clearance by changing the volume of the bearing body by controlling the intensity of the magnetic field.
