PURPOSE: An EL device sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a lifetime and a dielectric strength by integrating a transparent circuit electrode with a transparent insulation plate between a transparent electrode layer and a light emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: A lattice type transparent electrode circuit layer (200) is formed on the lower surface of a transparent electrode layer (100). A transparent insulation plate (300) discharges light from a light emitting layer (500) which is formed on the lower surface of the transparent electrode circuit layer to the outside. An anode conductive wire (400) is linearly formed on the edge of the lower surface of the transparent insulation plate. A dielectric layer (600) is formed on the lower surface of the light emitting layer. The dielectric layer functions as an insulation element and induces the smooth light emission of a phosphor. A rear plate (700) is formed on the lower surface of the dielectric layer. A lattice type cathode conductive wire (800) is formed on the lower surface of the rear plate. |
