PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To slow a combustion speed and to accelerate a jetting speed simultaneously. SOLUTION: A solid fire extinguishing agent 14 has a columnar shape with a through-hole 15 passing through in the center axis direction, and generates the aerosol for fire extinguishing by combustion. A heater coil is disposed in the through-hole 15 of the solid fire extinguishing agent 14, and the solid fire extinguishing agent 14 is ignited and burned from the inside.
