<p>The device i.e. kinetic energy sensor, has a cylindrical element (5) mounted on a central axis (2) that is provided with a set of free blades (8). The blades are located partly lower and are opened by gravity. The blades offer a bearing surface to a fluid so as to actuate rotation of the cylindrical element. The blades are closed by its own weight so as to allow circulation of the fluid in a free manner. Each clevis pin is positioned at a distance from one end of the blades located on a corresponding side of the central axis when the blades are open.</p> |
