FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to physiotherapy, surgery. A method consists in conducting a course of pelotherapy by applications. The therapy is started within the first four weeks following a laparotomy. The therapy involves the sulphide mud applications on an anteriolateral abdominal wall. The sulphide mud temperature is 42° C. The application length is gradually increased from 10 to 20 minutes. The procedures are performed every second day. A minimum number of the applications is 10.EFFECT: method reduces the peritoneal adhesions. |
