The present invention relates to an electronic variable damper integrated with a serial sensor and a driver. The electronic variable damper integrated with a serial sensor and a driver comprises a turbine motor driver on a first damper inside a first frame; and a turbine sensor and a resistance wire sensor on a second damper frame shaft inside a second damper frame which is moved inside the first frame. The electronic variable damper integrated with a serial sensor and a driver minimizes shocks and vibrations delivered to the first damper frame by measuring the shocks delivered to the second damper frame using the second damper frame shaft. The invention minimizes delay time while surveying the conditions of a road and operating the damper and reduces shocks and vibrations delivered to a wheel and a vehicle body by detachably attaching the wheel to the vehicle body using a buffer damping frame between them.
