PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a zeolite carbon composite electrode is provided to maximize the usability of a platinum catalyst while minimizing the amount of platinum loading. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a zeolite carbon composite includes a step of stirring 1 wt% of Pt(NH3)4cl2, 93 wt% of water, and 6 wt% of ZSM-5 at 60 °C for 24 hours; a step of filtrating the product by using a membrane filter and filtrating again the product by distilled water; a step of manufacturing a platinum catalyst loaded in zeolite by heating the powder under a nitrogen atmosphere; and a step of evaporating a solution including platinum/carbon, the platinum catalyst and carbon on a gas diffusion substrate. The weight ratio of the platinum/carbon and the platinum catalyst is 5:5. |
