The present invention relates to a real estate transaction information service system using network and a method thereof and, more particularly, to a system and a method thereof which receive and store material information including address of real estate, temporal information including contract period and personal information including unusual items of a leaser/lessee, and classify/arrange and provide the previously stored information if a user searches the real estate whose information is stored. By the present invention to solve the problem of the conventional technology, the real estate transaction information service system providing information about real estate for a user terminal through network includes: a material database stored with address information of the real estate; a temporal database stored with contact period information of the real estate; a personal database stored with leaser information and lessee information according to the contract period of the real estate; a history processing part generating material, temporal or personal history of the real estate by searching the material database, the temporal database and the personal database on the ground of search information, if the search information about the real estate whose information is stored in the material database or one among the material database and the temporal database is inputted through the user terminal; an information processing part classifying and arranging the material, temporal or personal information of the real estate on the ground of the history in order to meet the request of the user; and an information providing part providing the classified and arranged material, temporal or personal information of the real estate for the user.
