PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bumper holder capable of preventing a lamp from being damaged by an external force while securing highly accurate positional relationship between the lamp and a bumper. SOLUTION: The bumper holder 1 includes: a bottom part 1A arranged along a lower rim of a head lamp 20; a side part 1C extending obliquely upward and backward along an inside rim of a vehicle width direction of the head lamp 20 from the inside end part of the vehicle width direction of the lower part 1A through a bent part 1B; and a longitudinal wall part 1D extending from an outer end of the vehicle width direction of the lower part 1A in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The bumper holder is fixed on a vehicle body by fixing parts 1a, 1b formed on the upper end of the side part 1C and the end of the longitudinal wall part 1D. In the bumper holder, a locking part for locking a flange by inserting the flange formed on the upper rim of the bumper into the bottom part 1A is formed, the bent part 1B is arranged in a vehicular front side rather than the fixing parts 1a, 1b, and the bumper holder 1 moves in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle when receiving the outer force from the bumper so that fixture with the head lamp 20 on the bottom part 1A is canceled.
