<p>The guides (4, 5, 6, 7) have band elements (4.1, 5.1, 6.1, 7.1) and a transverse force device (9) attached to the band elements. The band elements partially and laterally delimit a transporting path of a rolling mill (1) along a longitudinal axis of the band elements. The transverse force device includes a force generating unit (9.1) i.e. pneumatic cylinder, to generate transverse force orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the band elements. A force transmitting unit (9.2) is coupled to the generating unit for transmitting the transverse force to rolled goods (8) led through the mill. An independent claim is also included for a rolling mill.</p> |
