<p>Fillers containing silica-zirconia nanoclusters are disclosed. The fillers may be prepared by mixing a sol of silica nanoparticles with a sol of preformed, crystalline nanozirconia particles. The fillers provide desirable optical properties, such as opalescence, and are useful in dental compositions.</p> |
