The present invention relates to a waterproof sound passing sheet comprising a porous nanoweb composed of a fiber bundle and obtained by electrospinning a polymer; and an ink layer applied to the surface of the porous nanoweb. Nanowebs having many different thicknesses, average diameters of pores and numbers of pores can be produced by using an electrospinning method. Waterproof performance and sound-passing performance can be satisfied at the same time. Bonding strength between fibers can be strengthened by applying the ink layer to the surface of the nanoweb, thereby increasing the strength of the nanoweb.
