摘要 The present invention relates to a plane heater printing method and a printing device thereof capable of improving a fixing state between a carbon layer and a silver layer, improving the printing work efficiency of the carbon layer and the silver layer, enabling consecutive production, and minimizing the area of manufacturing facilities. Therefore, the invention includes a carbon printing step (S1) of printing a carbon layer (2) on a surface of a film material (1) by using a pair of carbon printing rollers (21,22), a differential carbon layer drying step (S2) of sequentially drying the carbon layer (2) of the film material (1) at drying temperature relatively differentiated by low temperature heat wind, middle temperature heat wind, and high temperature heat wind, a carbon air-cooling step (S3) of cooling the carbon layer (2) with air while the carbon layer and the film material (1) are moving zigzag, a silver layer printing step (S4) of printing a silver layer (3) on the carbon layer (2) while the film material (1) is going through a pair of silver printing rollers (51,52), and a differential silver layer drying step (S5) of sequentially drying the silver layer (3) of the film material (1) at drying temperature relatively differentiated by low temperature heat wind, middle temperature heat wind, and high temperature heat wind. The quality of a plane heater is significantly improved and the reliability of products is improved as the carbon layer and the silver layer are strongly printed.
