<p>A device 1 for retrofitting to a standard nasal sprayer 50 for reversibly locking sprayer 50 comprises a blocking portion 2 for blocking a portion of a space 51, preferably an external space, between a moveable portion 52 and a stationary portion 53 of sprayer 50 when moveable portion 52 is in a rest position. Device 1 may provide a child-resistant lock of sprayer 50. Device 1 may comprise a portion 2 of a ring snapping onto space 51. Alternatively, device 1 may comprise a hinged clamp operable by a tamper-evident child-resistant cap, or may be a complete ring (4, Figure 15) captive to space 51, comprising a piston (90, Figure 15) radially moveable to block or unblock sprayer 50 and optionally counting the number of doses administered from sprayer 50.</p> |
